Item delivered to the wrong state

"Never received. Tracking shows item being delivered to a different state. Tried to contact support which they did get back to me in a timely fashion. But there was a language barrier. Lost $24 and will move on and suck it up. Oh well. Just know if they send it and you don’t receive it. You’re not getting your money back."

The disconnect, I was using the shop app to track my order. The shop app was telling me it was delivered. When I emailed them to discuss the issue, I'm sure they were confused because I later found out if I go to the china tracking page, it clearly showed the status. Don't use the shop app to track. My bad. I feel like an idiot. I did receive the brace and will be ordering another one. Thank and I'm sorry for the bad review. I wish I could go and take it down.
